Pig Production complex LLC”GVARDIA” is included in the number of the leading farms of Stavropol region and is the most advanced agro-industrial project of the region.
Piggery complex “GVARDIA” became the first in Russia within the frameworks of implementation of the priority national project “Development of agro industrial complex “. “AGRICO” has put into operation the first stage of the piggery complex in the year 2006. It is designed for annual fattening of more than 80 thousand of pigs (about 600 millions of rubles were invested into the construction). The Agriculture Minister of Russian Federation participated in the inauguration and it laid surely emphasis on the significance of the project for Stavropol region. It is planned the increase of production capacity of the project “Gvardia” up to 350 000 thousand pigs per year in the near term.

LLC "Agro firm "Golden Niva" is the leading company of the "AGRICO" group of companies which improves manufacturing procedures extensively.
In spite of price advance on components of prime cost, production costs for 1 ha were decreased comparing to the previous years, but average growth of crop yield comparing to the previous year is from 7 % (winter wheat) to 35 % (sunflower) and 70 % (corn).
Bulk yield of crops in 2010 was 270 000 tons.

Cumulative investments into this business center have been $31 million by the year 2009:
- the first stage of vegetable store was built which is designed for 14,000 tons of the simultaneous storage of vegetables (the investment plan consists totally of 4 stages, the total capacity is 56,000 tons of vegetable storage);
- the usage of advanced technologies allowed to receive in 2008 high average vegetable yield on irrigation of: onion - 63 tons/h; potato – 45 tons/ha.
